I made this card for a friend named Gina Hutchison who is pregnant with her first baby (It's a Boy). Swell News is a retired set from Stampin Up! that I just couldn't part with. I love making paper dresses for her and this time I decided to make a skinny dress for the outside. I used Tempting Turquoise and Pretty in Pink with the Petals & Paisleys Designer Series Paper.
